Position: Painters, Foreman
And Subcontractors (Must Meet Requirements)
Non Logod Van/Truck With Ladders, sprayers ect.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and filling holes or cracks
Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as needed
Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings
Proficiency in preparing surfaces and applying paint or finishes
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8am-430pm
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working at heights and alone when necessary
Must have own hand tools for the job
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Presentable, Good Hygiene, Respect, And Professionalism is a must

$20-23 3-4 Year Painter
$23-25 5 Year Painter (Spray/Mud/Cut Straight Line)
