About Us:

Charles Hamlet Apartments is a 124-unit residential community focused on creating a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable living environment for our residents. We are currently seeking hard-working and reliable Maintenance Workers / Laborers to join our property management team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community

Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned

Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately

Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep

Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time

Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager

Requirements:

Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience preferred (not required)

Must know how to read a tape measure

Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, etc.)

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time or part-time available, depending on workload

Pay: Based on experience ($16 – $20+ per hour)

Weekly pay available
