Looking an experienced maintenance tech to help turn apartment units and help with general repairs.
Must have experience with vinyl plank flooring, minor electrical, minor plumbing, changing door locks, painting, adjusting doors and replacing window screens.
Must have your own basic tools and transportation.
Must pass a background check.
