WE ARE HIRING - Maintenance Technician – Property Management Field Team
Location: South Eastern Michigan. Home base Berkley, Mi
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our property management field team! We manage over 400 single-family homes across South Eastern Michigan.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform painting and touch-ups as needed in homes
Handle minor electrical repairs
Conduct minor plumbing fixes
Change locks and complete re-keying tasks
Perform carpentry work for home repairs and maintenance
Ensure all tasks are done with attention to detail and professionalism
Maintain a positive, respectful relationship with tenants
Requirements:
Proven experience in general maintenance (painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with tenants and team members
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable transportation to various properties in the South Eastern Michigan area
