Experienced Landlord / House Flipper with multiple properties in the Downriver Area
looking for a skilled or semi-skilled handyman to help renovate houses for rent or resale, turn over vacant rentals, complete city inspection required repairs, service calls for tenants.
Typically work 6-9 hours daily Monday - Friday.
(on rare occasion weekend projects pop up, service calls, or extra work (hours) if desired.
Days / hours flexible to a degree.
Full or part time options (3 days per week minimum) flexible start times.
Looking for someone with basic construction knowledge.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, roofing, siding, trim (finish carpentry), painting are not required, but the more you bring to the table, the better the pay opportunities will be.
On the job training if needs be, willingness to learn and work a must.
Tools provided on jobsite but if you have your own basic tools, a plus.
Requirement: Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Requirement: Physically fit and able to lift a sheet of drywall, plywood, boxes of floor tiles, and the like.
Requirement: Basic knowledge of power tools.
Requirement: Cooperative attitude, able to to take direction / instruction.
Prefer if you are local (live within 30 minute drive of Taylor) Most properties / projects in Downriver Communities.
$16-$24 per hour CASH
depending on knowledge / skill level.
