We are currently looking for 4 people to fill the positions of spray foam, fiberglass and cellulose installers, as well as a crew leader. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidates. The responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Reading plans: Review blueprints and specifications to calculate the quantity and type of insulation materials needed
Removing old insulation: Dispose of old insulation according to safety guidelines
Measuring and cutting: Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes
Installing insulation: Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas
Securing insulation: Fasten insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners
Spraying foam: Use air compressors to spray foam insulation
Air sealing: Perform air sealing and conduct blower door tests to evaluate whether buildings are airtight
Completing paperwork: Record materials used and complete paperwork for each job
Working with others: Collaborate with contractors and homeowners to ensure projects are completed efficiently
