Horticulture / Enhancement Foreman

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee safety and take responsibility for a crew of 1-4 employees on a daily basis
Maintaining a daily log of work completed
Responsible for performing daily bed maintenance tasks as follows:
Selective and corrective pruning
Hedging bushes
Installing and cultivating mulch
Natural bed edging
Removal of unwanted vegetation
Planting small shrubs, perennials, annuals and other seasonal plants
Operating power equipment
Basic plant identification skills is a plus
Professional customer service engagement
