Position Overview
The Gutter Installer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in gutter installation, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship. In addition to gutter installation, the candidate must have carpentry experience and be willing to complete siding and roofing repairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 2-3 people in gutter installation projects.
Install, repair, and replace gutters and downspouts according to company standards and specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials accurately.
Inspect existing gutter systems and provide recommendations for repairs or replacement.
Ensure all installations are secure, weatherproof, and properly drained.
Operate tools and equipment safely, following all company and industry safety guidelines.
Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed.
Perform siding and roofing repairs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in gutter installation is required.
Ability to install gutters with mitered corners.
Ability to use and maintain a gutter machine.
Must have carpentry experience.
Ability to work at heights and use ladders safely.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience in carpentry.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team.
