Electricain Needed

I need an electrician to pull a permit for me. I am a licensed builder in the area that hired an electrician for a job that said he was licensed and had the permit and wasn’t even licensed. The electrical work is done but I need it inspected. Willing to pay and just need someone to help me out and willing to pull a building permit also for a trade if needed.
