Sometimes they are for rental purposes and other times they are half million dollar homes to be sold. I'm in need of skilled Carpenters, drywallers, tile installers immediately. You can start as soon as today . Pay is weekly, every Saturday. (Must say up a zelle account) Once your skills have been demonstrated as well as performed under consistent attendance, pay will be raised accordingly. You must be able to work well in a setting where you may sometimes be with three or four other tradesmen, while other times you may be the only person on the job site. The key is to utilize your hours efficiently and effectively.
If you are not skilled, respectfully, please do not apply for these positions. I will know in the first hour whether you actually have the skills that you claim to have. The ideal candidates can float between installing drywall, installing doors and framing, installing ceramic tile, installing lvp flooring, installing trim work, installing cabinetry. I will always have the work because my clients know that I deliver on time, on budget, with exceptional quality.
Must be able to work full-time
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own tools. Any real tradesman has their own tool boxes that they bring to work everyday
Must be able to supply at least two references that can verify your skill set. Starting pay is no less than $18 per hour and you can get a raise your first week. It's all about demonstrating your ability to get things done. Not looking for a hack job laborer. You must want to grow by demonstrating you are not a hack trying to milk the clock. Minimum 40 hours a week. Can go as high as 60 hours of you want them.
