Looking for someone to add the great crew we already have. We'll need a finisher and someone who's well-seasoned in the grade and setting forms. Saw cutting abilities to our standard would be a huge bonus and will help higher scale pay.
Mostly residential with some commercial. We do not do stamped or exposed. We do not do backyard hand tear outs, rarely pour after 3pm and never pour multiple trucks at once. I try to minimize hell as much as possible. Atmosphere is better than most i like to think. Currently have a crew that's dependable, presentable, and drama free looking to keep the same with a new addition.
$25-30 an hour depending on experience. 40-50 hours a week and picking up trucks at the yard will be offered (more hours to drivers).
We offer 3 paid holidays a season and overtime after 40. W2 no cash or 1099 offered. End of year bonus and 1 paid day off for those who stick around. We work Monday-Friday with some optional Saturdays in the mix. 5-6 man crew.
Most of the work is in and around Sterling Heights where our yard is. We have a roughly 5-10 mile radius for our service area.
