Builder/property Manager Seeks Skilled Trades Individual

Busy builder seeking part-time for around ten-twenty hours per week. Must also have good general knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and home maintenance. Must have own tools and truck. I will work with your schedule and provide flexible hours. Ideal for someone starting their own business who may need some regular income. Must be willing to travel into Oakland, Wayne and Monroe Counties. Pay is based upon experience.
