The engineer must be fully capable of diagnosing software and hardware problems, professionally mannered & excellent written and verbal skills.
Technical Requirements:
1+ years’ experience working in IT
Good troubleshooting skills. Ability to apply a logical methodology to troubleshooting and problem identification.
Solid background troubleshooting users in a Windows and Apple based environments
Experience with a service ticketing system is a plus
Experience working on a help desk is a plus
A+ Certification is a plus.
