Qualifications: Bachelors or masters in Electrical engineering
1. Good understanding of electric vehicles related technology.
2. Experience with Field testing and support is preferred.
3. Receiving and resolving device issues reported by employees from field trial. Should be able to discern between Device and non-Device related issues.
4. Pro-active escalation of issues to internal team to resolve in a timely manner, if and as needed.
5. Interaction with various other teams such as Product, Business Integration, Core, RAN, others (as needed).
6. Create new/ update existing Documentation related to:
EFT issues summary/ observations, Provisioning/ Device activation, Daily and weekly reports to internal teams, Others as required by client.
