Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to sell our private label manufacturing services to businesses looking for subcontracting solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working with companies that require contract manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and connect with businesses in need of private label manufacturing and subcontracting, such as other private labeling companies, supplement brands, wholesalers, and distributors.
Use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate leads.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management:
Understand client requirements for private label manufacturing and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and order details to close deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
- Industry & Product Knowledge:
Explain our private label manufacturing capabilities, including production capacity, customization options, and quality control standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Sales Reporting & Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Track client interactions, sales progress, and commission earnings using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in B2B sales, preferably in contract manufacturing, private labeling, or a related industry.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
- Business & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, contract production, and private labeling.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media prospecting.
