Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the Church including staff management, inventory control, and Members services.
-Lead and motivate a team of dedicated individuals to provide exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Member experience and growth.
-Foster a positive environment where Church Members feel supported, valued, and inspired.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or cannabis industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
-Knowledge of entheogens and their effects is a plus, but not required.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
