Mark Z. Home Selling Team is looking for an energetic leader who will be responsible for motivating, training and leading a team of real estate sales associates! Our burning desire is to continue building a dominant real estate company in our market.
WANTED: Natural Leader/Influencer/Mentor/Trainer
We are looking for a top producer that has a track record of leadership, experience in recruiting agents and management of agents. You must be dynamic, assertive, passionate, people-oriented individual who operates with high urgency.
Goals, Duties and Responsibilities:
Attract, recruit, mentor, train and retain driven, loyal, supportive agents.
Recruit talent
Train/Mentor/Coach
Instill a culture of productivity
Work with admin and leadership at all levels of the team
Support and answer questions through all aspects of their training
Work closely with agents, teams and office staff daily to improve team usage of Company tools and programs
Hold agents accountable
Assist in all aspects of Team growth and retention
Increase productivity of team members to team standards through Productivity Coaching as quickly as possible
Coach new agents as well as existing associates
Cooperate with staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
Assist or lead sales and business meetings
Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in market
Staff - Set goals, plans, work on projects and tasks - daily
Sales Associates - Set goals, plans, train, develop careers - daily
Team Leader - To coordinate efforts - daily
Prospective Sales Associates -To join company - weekly
Buyers/Sellers/Vendors - When problems arise - weekly
Owner - Set branch goals, plans, monitor progress - monthly

Basic Qualifications:
A real estate salesperson's license is required
3+ years of residential sales experience in the local market
Real estate sales management experience is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
In depth knowledge of our systems and programs and how they relate to top performing agents
Experience in the sales learning/training space is preferred
Proven experience in training delivery
Proven strong collaborative and influencing skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills with individuals at all levels in business
Must be able to handle many discussions at once and effectively deal with people to achieve optimal outcomes
Strong organization and time management skills
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Must be able to multitask and effectively deal with people to achieve optimal outcomes
Be organized and use time management skills wisely
