job title: Property Manager / Leasing agent
Seeking a property manager / Leasing agent who is, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is a positive team player to add to our team. Must have Multi-Family experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage maintenance requests
- Showings (list, schedule, attend)
- Leasing (process applications/screening, prepare leases, point-of-contact for new tenants)
- Customer service through telephone, email, and in-person contact etc
- Leasing and marketing
Requirements:
- Must have computer skills
- Must have Multi Family experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Customer service experience
- Must pass a background check
