We’re looking for a bold, creative, and reliable right hand—a dynamic assistant who can help build a powerful personal brand while also handling day-to-day life and light business support. This hybrid role is part biographer, part personal assistant, part sales rep—and 100% mission-critical.

Location:

Must be local to Northville, Michigan for in-person errands 1 day/week

Remote for brand-building, admin, and call handling

Key Responsibilities

Biographer & Personal Brand Assistant (Remote & Occasional In-Person)

Work closely with the founder to capture his story, values, and ideas through interviews, notes, and observation

Help craft a cohesive online presence across Instagram and other platforms through bios, captions, and narrative content

Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly Instagram Reels, storytelling formats, and meme culture

Ideal for someone who’s naturally plugged into culture—someone who understands timing, aesthetic, and what resonates online

Attend occasional shoots, brainstorming sessions, or events to help shape content direction and vibe

Inbound Sales Call Support (Remote)

Answer incoming business calls (mostly warm leads) with professionalism and clear communication

Log details, qualify leads, and direct inquiries as needed

Earn per-call compensation (e.g., $20–$30 per qualified call over 1 minute)

Be on-call during scheduled windows once the business (home/cleaning services) launches

Errand Runner & Personal Life Assistant (1 day/week, In-Person)

Run weekly errands: laundry, groceries, donation drop-offs, car appointments, etc.

Occasional pickups (e.g., items from Facebook Marketplace)

Serve as a dependable, trustworthy support system for managing day-to-day logistics

Ideal Candidate Has:

Confidence on the phone and strong interpersonal skills

Creative writing talent and a passion for storytelling

Fluency in Instagram culture, trends, and short-form content

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and high reliability

Bonus: Experience in content editing, branding, or assistant roles

Compensation

Hourly rate for errands & executive support

Per-call commission for qualified business leads

Flexible hybrid schedule
