Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate staff members
Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
Handling office correspondence, including mail and emails
Assisting with scheduling and office calendar management
Managing office supplies and inventory
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
Previous office experience is preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
