Swimming pool builder is seeking detail oriented individual for full time office assistant position. Casual atmosphere and flexible hours. Duties include answering phones, scheduling service, accounts receivable, accounts payable and filing. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and computer experience (MSOffice, Quickbooks Online and MacOS a plus).
