An Industrial cleaning service company is seeking the services of an office assistant to join our team in the industry. This role is responsible for:
Generate and track invoices.
Communicate with clients to answer invoices related questions.
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Greeting and assisting visitors.
Maintaining the break area.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of billing and invoices.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks experience a plus
