Administrative - Customer Service
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist, with a minimum of one year's office experience. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional service to all callers.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year's office experience.
Good written, typing, organizational, communication, and general office skills.
Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answering all inquiries in a timely manner, managing appointments, catering to customer needs
Communicate effectively in both oral and written dialog
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word software.
Able to operate an office telephone system.
