Premier Orthotics Lab looking for the right person to fill a position for an Administrative Assistant (Part-time initially with the potential for Full-time).
Job duties require the following:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls,
Prepare Mail USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, Pro-Med (delivery Service),
Prepare labels for Orthotics/Products/Orders,
Assist with Inventory Control,
Assist Office Manager with Day-to-Day activities,
Requirements:
Microsoft Office, Sage/Peachtree, team player, organizational skills, outgoing personality, ability to multi-task.
Willing to train the right person.
