Responsibilities
Will train. Looking for someone who wants to work hard to learn new skills.
De-burring parts - Sanding, grinding edges, tapping holes and wiping down parts for shipping.
Check in Weldments and Plates, verifying shippers, inspecting parts to ensure they are correct and have machine stock
Good communication skills to work with machine operators while checking details in.
Ability to tap a hole.
Responsible for using portable air grinders, files and other hand tools such as stones to remove burrs and other sharp edges from a variety of machined parts.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs hand tool finishing techniques to smooth and blend rough components into finished products.
Basic Blue Print reading skills
Basic inspection skills
Good hand dexterity
Ability to work in a high paced team environment
Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction
Previous de-burr experience a plus, but not required.
