CNC Machinist
Efficiently program, operate, and set up Fanuc CNC Vertical Machines efficiently
Ability to setup and run multiple machines
Machine parts to print
Small quantity of parts per job, requires operator to quickly program, setup and run next job.
Operate and preform offsets on CNC mills
Familiar with GD&T and machine shop prints
Inspects all parts for conformance to specifications to print
Maintain cleanliness and order in work area
Education/Experience:
Mastercam Required
CNC Programming experience required
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving complicated machining operations and creative solutions to make time on jobs.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, etc.:
Must be detail oriented
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
Exposure to elements such as odor, hydraulic fluids, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.
