I am seeking assistance with editing a Partnership/Operating Agreement contract with a business partner for a restaurant/bar that we will be opening. I want a legal perspective to feel safe that all bases are covered. I have been presented with a boiler plate operating agreement from Rocket Lawyer, however I know that is generic. I want someone that have experience in this field that can look at the agreement and assist with adding to the agreement. I also want to have a discussion to answer other legal business related questions I have.
