Tree Climber/Foreman (Mount Clemens)
Compensation: $300 - $400 per day (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Safely climb trees, tie knots, and set up rigging systems.
Operate a bucket truck, though you should be able to climb when the truck isn’t accessible.
Top and shape smaller ornamental trees.
Assist the ground team with cleanup after work in the tree.
Maintain a professional and clean appearance on the job site.
Ensure a safe work environment with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in tree climbing.
Ability to lift heavy objects throughout the day.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
CDL or Chauffeur’s license and experience driving a manual transmission is a plus.
Strong work ethic and “get it done” attitude.
Motivated team player with a commitment to quality.
Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–4 PM (overtime available on Saturdays).
