Opening for Maintenance Person for 100+ Apartment Complex. Needed to turn over (clean and repair) apartments to rent. Experience in painting, woodworking, some electrical and plumbing, hanging blinds, light fixtures, drywall repair and other associated duties. A/C and Appliance repair a plus. A people person with good interpersonal skills. Full time, must be willing to work weekends if necessary. Needed immediately. Flexible hours.
