Qualifications

Proficient in working in dusty environments and on uneven terrain.

Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding or in crawlspaces.

Willing to follow directions and complete tasks as needed.

Must have essential carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic understanding of construction practices and job site organization.

Positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for coworkers.

Basic knowledge of safety and health procedures, with ongoing safety training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Keep the job site clean, load and unload materials weighing over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation tasks, such as trench digging.

Work methodically and take responsibility for assigned duties.

Clearly communicate ideas and information; be curious and resourceful.

Prioritize safety for yourself and your teammates.

Help ensure job site security, safeguarding personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle as needed, with a clean motor vehicle report required.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
