Responsibilities:
- Perform metal stud framing and other framing carpentry tasks
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Install windows, doors, and other fixtures
- Repair and replace damaged woodwork or structures
- Assist with water damage restoration projects
- Perform caulking and construction painting as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in metal stud framing and frame carpentry techniques
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in carpentry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials or equipment
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is a plus
