The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable with hard work, honest, communicative, and capable of working independently in a flexible environment. Due to the physical demands of the job, candidates must be able to lift a 75 lb generator and 85 lb sander and be comfortable working in rough framed homes with the required PPE.
Candidates must have their own reliable transportation.
Daily tasks would include:
Setting up standing screw gun, sander, cords, and generator (as needed)
Securing subfloor to floor joists with standing screw gun
Sanding subfloor seams
Sweeping unfinished and finished houses as needed
Working with construction managers to meet last minute needs, potentially including rough framing requests
