Part time only/ handy work

Part time - as needed only! Handy work/ minor electric/ plumbing / carpentry/ cement/ drywall repair / install/ small roofing repairs/ flooring & carpet repair, labor, landscape and cleanup for rental properties. Ability to work semi-independently -A MUST ! $15- 40 per hour Depending on ability/ experience1099 and cash paid for -semi- regular work. Previous experience/ references required.
