We are looking for someone to clean 3 office buildings. 2 of them are in Sterling Heights. The 3rd one is in Rochester Hills. Details are below. Please respond only if you can clean all 3 of these sites on a regular basis. Must have previous cleaning experience. Pay is not via payroll W-2, but rather via accounts payable check and 1099 at year-end with no taxes withheld. You are responsible for paying your own taxes. Must have reliable transportation. Do NOT respond it you live further than 15 minutes outside of the Sterling Heights/Rochester Hills area.
Sterling Heights - Dental Office
Frequency: Every Friday after 4 pm or Saturday or Sunday
Time: 1-1/2 to 2 hours per cleaning
Pay: $35 per week (1 cleaning per week)
Duties: Empty trash, vacuum, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen, wipe down hard surfaces
Sterling Heights - Credit Union
Frequency: Every Wednesday after 4 pm - and - every Saturday after 4 pm or Sunday
Time: 1-1/2 to 2 hours per cleaning
Pay: $65 per week (2 cleanings per week)
Duties: Empty trash, vacuum, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen, wipe down hard surfaces
Rochester Hills - Accounting Office
Frequency: Every other Friday after 6 pm or Saturday or Sunday
Time: 1-1/2 to 2 hours per cleaning
Pay: $34 per cleaning - or - $17 per week (1 cleaning every other week)
Duties: Empty trash, vacuum, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen, wipe down hard surfaces
