HIRING ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are a Complete 10 Bay Automotive Repair Facility, Family Owned in Sterling Heights that is and has Continued to Grow, 10 Years Strong. We Strive to be the FIRST CHOICE for Any Automotive maintenance and repairs for our Customers and fleet companies.
This position is a Full Time position. Must have knowledge of Automotive repairs and Great Customer Skills, if still licensed in the fields below a Plus.
Certified in Brakes, Engine, Heating & Cooling, Front End etc., Master Mechanic & ASE Certified a Plus
Responsibilities:
Assist in Day to Day Operations
Schedule vehicle appointments
Communication with customers, whether in Person, Telephone, Text or Email.
Write-up Customers Concerns for repairs, Selling of repairs, as well as provide follow-up
Delegation of Repairs
Maintain professional customer service relations at all times
Assist in Inventory and ordering of parts
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Service Advisor, or Management - 5 year min
Knowledge of Diagnostic and Repair
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, wiring a plus
Deadline and detail-oriented
Knowledge of automobiles
Strong computer and Internet skills
Positive attitude
High volume
Valid Driver's License
