60 unit apartment complex in Mount Clemens looking for a maintenance guy to start immediately. 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 9-5. Great opportunity for someone that is currently working as a property maintenance technician.
Job would include general maintenance of the grounds, keeping it clean, lawn cutting, light painting etc. basic electrical, plumbing etc. Must have own transportation and basic tools. Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
