Lawn Foreman year round salary no layoff

Growing Lawn & Snow company looking to hire an experienced hard working, energetic individual who is a self starter, can work unsupervised and has the endurance work outside for 12 hour shifts. Once trained, you'll be running a 1 man/woman (just you) lawn route consisting of 15-18 properties per day 3 every 2 hours. Weather permitting we work Monday- Thursday (Friday & Saturday as rain makeup days. Weekly check with 2-4 weeks of paid vacation late November and early April. No winter layoffs, if it snows you work? No snow/ice collect a check for being on call. No push mowers, new exmark & bad boy mowers, all newer Stihl whips, edgers & blowers. Additional landscape work may be available for money beyond your salary on days off. 730am-730pm unless you stop & sit or play on your phone all day. Must have a clean drivers license and experience driving a pickup and trailer. Winter work will be outside running a stand on zero turn plow doing commercial sidewalks & residential drives. Zero tolerance for alcohol or weed before or during your shift.
