Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction projects, including fabricating custom woodwork such as cabinets, furniture, and other wood items.
- Operate a range of construction and woodworking machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans with guidance.
- Ensure all projects meet our high standards of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
- Support the construction team as needed to maintain smooth workflow and project completion on time.
Work Requirements:
- OSHA Certification.
- Experience with construction or woodworking machinery is advantageous.
- Strong focus on learning craftsmanship, precision, and construction techniques.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
