Train and mentor staff, conduct room inspections, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in floor care and maintenance.
Leadership skills with the ability to train and guide a team.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required.
Pressure Washer
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Prepare, transport, and operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces like driveways, windows, and gutters.
Inspect cleaned surfaces, address missed spots, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
Follow all safety protocols, clean up job sites, and properly store equipment afterward.
Qualifications:
Strong ability to work independently while maintaining high-performance standards.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform tasks efficiently.
Reliable transportation and commitment to safety practices are essential.
HIGH RISE WINDOW CLEANER
Key Responsibilities:
Use rope descent, rappelling, and other safety methods to perform high-rise window cleaning.
Operate lifts such as bosun chairs and stage/BMU to clean windows at extreme heights.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in high-rise window cleaning.
Proficiency in using necessary equipment and working at extreme heights.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
