Now Hiring Irrigation Techs and Laborers
Irrigation Tech: The following skills are necessary for this position.
-Good organizational skills with the ability to follow and complete work orders.
-Have pride in work quality and keep van and tools in a clean and organized manor.
-Ability to install, repair, adjust and enhance commercial irrigation systems and components.
-Perform inspections on pumps, copper plumbing , controllers, weather sensors, main lines, low-voltage electrical wiring and connectors, control valves and valve boxes, filters, zone lines, points of connection, sprinkler heads, drip lines, and micro-irrigation emitters.
-Must be able to move/adjust irrigation heads to ensure proper coverage.
-Knowledge of 2-wire systems a plus.
-Knowledge and experience in copper soldering is a plus.
This position is mainly a maintenance position we very rarely do installs.
Pay is based off experience $20 - $30 an hour.
Winter work is available for those who qualify.
Irrigation Laborer: The following skills are necessary for this position.
-Ability to follow directions of tech and supervisors.
-Positive attitude and ability to show up to work on all workdays.
-Ability to lift 35 pounds.
-Willingness and desire to learn a trade. The ideal candidate should be able to absorb enough knowledge to be a tech and have their own helper within a year or two.
Laborer pay starts at $19.00 an hour.
Winter work is available for those who qualify.
