We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance Helper to join our Barrington Group Inc. team at Auburn Heights Apartments. Job Responsibilities:
Perform general groundskeeping duties, light landscaping, and debris removal.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of apartment units.
Conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Help maintain common areas such as office, parking lots, and recreational spaces.
Respond to maintenance requests and assist with basic repairs.
Help with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed.
Ensure all areas of the property are in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
Must be reliable and able to manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
