Miscellaneous Paperwork
Exceptional Customer Service
Ensuring Drivers meet DOT Requirements
Adhering to and Enforcing Company Policy
Crew Discipline/Correction/Follow-Up
Demonstrate Good Communication Skills
Team Player
Effectively Motivate and Encourage Crew
Be able to work a Flexible Schedule
Able to work in all types of weather
Be the backup if a crew member calls in
Excellent Multi-Tasker
In-Person Home Walk-throughs/Quotes
Lift standard household furniture, etc
Training of new crew members as needed
Our Field Managers are working managers and work alongside the movers. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated and able to work a flexible schedule. The Field Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all moving jobs and ensuring that our customers' needs and requests have been met as best as possible.
Base pay $23 - $28 per hour based on experience (verifiable moving experience) and driver's license.
