This role will require an energetic, hard working, highly self-motivated individual willing to learn.
Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
Use equipment to break old forms and structures.
Smooth and level new concrete or other materials.
Clean out site from debris and discarded material.
Place traffic cones and signage where appropriate.
Must have experience as construction worker and or experience as an asphalt/concrete laborer or similar role.
Must have experience in operating equipment like Skid Steers and Loaders.
Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc)
Able to work as part of a team.
Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.
Must be able to work 40 hours/week – or more.
Must be able to pass a drug test for illegal drugs.
Ability to be able to kneel, bend and lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to work long hours in all weather conditions.
Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
