Custodian needed

Perform cleaning, maintenance, upkeep of property, open the building to facilitate access to, overseeing the building usage for various functions, securing the facility at events end. Must be able to relate to co-workers, supervisor and public in a polite, courteous and patient manner. Able to follow directions and accept constructive criticism. Able to lift at least 40 pounds. Able to work flexible hours to execute access to the building as needed. Includes sweeping, mopping, buffing, cleaning and waxing floors. Dusting and polishing furniture. Washing walls, windows, vacuuming carpet, and empty trash cans. Ensure acceptable storage in outdoor trash receptacles. Position may offer paid time off. Respond by calling or texting, 248-665-1937
