CNA or Aide

We are opening a new assisted living facility in Plymouth, Michigan. We are seeking to hire several full-time and part-time employees for all three shifts (AM, PM, and MN). We are a memory care facility. Most of our residents have early to late-stage dementia. Some individuals may have disabilities that prevent them from living independently in their own homes. All of them require assistance or supervision to ensure their safety. We are looking for employees who are caring and will treat our residents with respect and dignity. Our patient-to-staff ratio is 1-4 during the morning hours and in the PM hours, and at Midnight, the ratio is 1-6. We aim to maintain this patient-to-staff ratio to ensure our residents receive the proper care they deserve. And the staff will not be overworked. We are also seeking to hire a full-time and a part-time Cook and Housekeeper. We are seeking an individual with experience in these fields.
