We are a vegan/vegetarian restaurant with 38 years of history in the community. We are dedicated to local, organic, high quality products and have a deep passion for food. We are seeking experienced LINE COOKS, PANTRY COOKS and a DISHWASHER for high volume work to join our hardworking team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LINE/PANTRY:
- Previous professional culinary experience
- Communicate and listen to instruction
- Learn and accommodate dietary restrictions/allergies and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle stress properly
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Work in a high volume/fast paced environment
- Work well with others
- Dependable and punctual
- Multi-task, prioritize and take direction
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of vegetarian/vegan and gluten free diet STRONGLY encouraged
- Trustworthy and honest
- Solid knife and cooking skills
- Positive, friendly attitude with a sense of humor
- Open/Flexible schedule - we are looking to fill both AM and PM shifts - Weekends are a MUST
