Qilin Dumplings is a hip new lunch spot inside the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s MLSIC building off Beck Road next to the M-14 exit. Started by Hongli Giszczak who previously helped launch Bao Space in Ann Arbor, she will now be serving up authentic handmade dumplings from her Northeast China hometown recipes - the most famous part of China for dumplings. The business will serve lunch only Monday through Friday for people working in the office buildings nearby and anyone else in the Plymouth/Northville are who would like to try authentic Chinese dumplings and other great Chinese food and soups.
Hongli and her team are looking for warm, hard working person to help handle orders, serve as cashier, help pack and organize take out orders and fill gaps in the kitchen and business as needed.
