As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as helping maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas, including floors, sinks, and trash areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or other duties as needed.
- Remove trash and recycling in a timely manner.
- Work efficiently to keep up with the flow of service during busy times.
Qualifications:
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
