- Be able to lead teams of at least 12 people or more and run a smooth kitchen shift
- As a Kitchen Leader you will train cooks to prepare great food, grill meats and salads
- Throughout the process you will serve as a role model for Crew members, helping them learn to become future Kitchen Leaders.
- Monitoring kitchen equipment and ensuring it is kept in good repair; making sure malfunctioning equipment it is repaired as quickly as possible.
- Monitoring food waste and inventory levels, and resolving food quality issues
- Ensuring food quality by cooking and preparing food to order, and following kitchen procedures
- Ensuring that the kitchen itself and all Cre members meet the necessary guidelines to ensure there are no injuries or accidents
