We are hiring two bussers @ our farm to table restaurant in Berkley, MI. We are looking for someone who is hard working & detail oriented & has a love for food. Thursday-Saturday availability preferred.
JOB Porter/Busser
-set up dining room before service following SOP
-ensure bathroom is clean and marked as clean before service
-vacuum and mop floors before service
-wipe down tables and chairs with sanitizer
-setup tables for service based on SOP
-setup bussing stations (dish,utensil & glassware)
-during service walk around dining room and pre-bus/bus any tables that need clearing
-make sure patrons have new utensils/plates when needed or are taken away from tables
-make sure glassware is getting washed, polished & put away in a timely manner
-run food to tables
-follow sop for closing dining dining room when service is finished
